We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Learning and Development team on a full time basis.

**Job Description**:
The Learning and Development Consultant will:

- Provide end-to-end learning support to the MedHealth workforce.
- Create, design and deliver learning resources such as courseware which contribute to the culture, service standards, and development of team members.
- Work collaboratively with the MedHealth L&D team contribute to the development and implementation of the MedHealth L&D workplan
- Support the L&D team and broader team members, providing quality customer service and solutions.
- Design instructor guides, activities, job aids, user documents, cheat sheets, assessments and evaluations
- Create raw content into storyboards and interactive PDF
- Provide input and feedback from learners and regularly review and make recommendations into the redesign and improvement of learning programs
- Assess and evaluate training and report on outcomes
- Monitor and analyse trends to identify potential opportunities, needs and challenges which could impact the quality of learning
- Coordinate the testing, review, piloting and sign-off of materials with Subject Matter Experts (SME) both internal and external and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across MedHealth
- Co-facilitate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) face to face, and virtual (webinar) learning programs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Ability to use eLearning software and strong instructional design capabilities
- ** Specific Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to write captivating content to engage learning audiences
- Effective and flexible problem-solving ability
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
