As a Quality Advisor, you will conduct regular quality assessments of our services to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach staff to develop their skills and confidence in delivering excellent services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education and care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of improving service quality through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
