Finance Assistant/account Assistant

Darlinghurst, Australia Alex Perry Pty Ltd Full time

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Generate invoices, sale orders and credit notes.
- Management of client/supplier information in the system
- Leading & managing Aged debtors
- Leading with pricing & costing.
- Support the execution of the Alex Perry wholesale strategy, and data analysing related to wholesale operations, sales performance, and market trends.
- Lead Inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination
- Data entry and generate sales report or seasonal reports.
- Managing customer accounts, handling complaints, and working with internal teams to overcome operational challenges.
- Liaise with management and customers.
- General administration & support
- Strong Microsoft Office Word & Excel skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels.
- Positive attitude
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- wholesale (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
