**Community Venues Bookings and Administration Officer (Full Time)**
- Salary: $69,249 - $74,022.14 per annum
- Plus, up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
- Ref No: 23-026
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and professional individual to join a dynamic and progressive team and make a valuable contribution to the City’s Recreation Services Team. This position will be a pivotal role in providing administrative and bookings support to the department, while providing on-going support to facility hirers. This role will be an integral part to the consistent improvement of its facility administration systems and overall management of the City’s facilities, parks and open spaces.
Applicants will need to provide a covering letter addressing the following criteria:
- Experience of dealing with both internal and external customers whilst having the ability to resolve issues as they arise;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders such as community groups, City residents and complementary business units.
- Developed organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes;
- Experience in coordinating administration & bookings systems.
- Ability to contribute and maintain effective relationships within a team environment.
