Total Selling Solutions leads the field in supplying sales training & call management systems to the Automotive Industry. Established in 2006, TSS Head Quarters is based in Sydney & has long established clients in all states of Australia. Supporting 175+ vehicle dealerships across Australia with Sales & Service performance improvement programs.

**What's the role all about?**
- Your main aim in the role is to nurture already established relationships with our dealership clients
- Utilise all our training tools including the TSS Online Training Academy & Call Scoring Portal
- You will be groomed and supported by the TSS National Manager & the Training team
- The role is predominately on the road (start and finish from home) visiting 2-3 dealerships across Melbourne per day.
- You will collaborate closely with the TSS team each month to help succeed as a team
- The team at TSS will help you develop your confidence along with non-confrontational prospecting skills to assist in the continued growth across Victoria.
- Travel interstate will be required to support the National Manager (approx. 4x days per month)

**Who would this role suit?**
- Experience selling vehicles within a dealership environment OR working in a dealership OR an Account Manager/BDM in Automotive
- Can demonstrate longevity in previous roles
- Have their companies best interests at heart, with a passion to provide value, quality & service on a daily basis
- Naturally energised by interacting and engaging with people
- Communication style is professional, friendly & personable
- Team player enjoying the friendly banter with clients & peers
- Desire to continuously self improve, have a can-do attitude and focus on finding the solution
