**In this role, you'll**:

- Deliver financially sustainable and value adding outcomes in both Sourcing and Contract Management environments. Your new role will see you drive commercial activity throughout the Procurement lifecycle across a wide-ranging portfolio.
- Include the development and implementation of commercial frameworks across various sourcing activities and contract variations, including providing support in negotiations, legal dispute management, insurance management, financial capacity, fraud and corruption prevention and probity management.

**About you**
Your experience across Commercial and Procurement practices, legislation and activities within a public sector organisation will see you as a Subject Matter Expert combining transformational Change skills to harmonise Contract Governance practices across the Transport for NSW cluster.
