**About the Role**
These Full-time roles will further expand John Holland’s rail capabilities and solidify John Holland as Australia’s premier rail contractor.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Ensure in field delivery teams adhere to network rules and operating procedures
- Assist in planning worksite protection activities in conjunction with workgroup supervisors
- Supervising safeworkers including Handsignallers and TFPCs
- Undertake hazard assessments and produce worksite protection plans
- Provide input during risk assessments involving rail safety aspects
- Be available to work a rotating roster including afternoon/nightshift and weekends
- Be available to work across multiple project locations and also Rail Infrastructure Services if required
**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:
- Current Category 1 Rail Medical
- Proficient qualifications in the safe working grades of TFPC 3.1, TFPC 3.2 and/or TFPC 3.3 (TFPC 3.1 encouraged to apply)
- Construction Induction Competency (Red/White card)
- Permit to Work Recipient (PTW) and First Aid Certificate (Level II) VIC would also be highly regarded but not essential
- Basic understanding of Rail Safety National Law (RSNL) and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
