**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Paralegal** in our Investments Legal team, you will support our legal team in the implementation of investments in a timely and professional manner and provides administrative support to the Head of Investments Legal and the Investments Legal team.

This permanent role provides administrative support, conducts research and fact-finding, drafts and reviews routine documents, arranges for the execution of agreements and other documents, is responsible for document management, maintaining registers and filing and assists in project work.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships
- Ability to provide support to multiple lawyers and juggle various projects at the same time
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organisation
- High level of professional ethics and demonstrated integrity
- Administrative Experience and ability to work collaboratively with lawyers in the Investments Legal Team and others across the business to support time and business critical projects
- Experience liaising and building effective relationships with key business stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
- Flexible and agile and can adapt to changing circumstances with resilience
