**Description**:
**The Role**:
The primary purpose of the part-time paralegal role is to provide support to the Legal team in various aspects of legal functions. The paralegal will gain hands-on experience in areas such as governance, compliance, risk, IP, policies, legal processes and day to day ‘business as usual’ legal administration. This position offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth and learning within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:
Support day-to-day legal administrative tasks, such as developing and maintaining a contract database.
Collaborate with the Legal team to organise correct contract signing procedures.
Support the Legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support the Legal team on developing robust legal processes, documents and legal risk management.
Assist in the training processes of 5B staff to ensure policy compliance.
**As required**: support for Head of Investment in data room upkeep.

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment..
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Interest in renewables, the energy transition and helping to change the way Australia and the world make energy.
