- $37+ Per hour, + superannuation
- Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
- Providing exceptional customer service via both front and back of house reception.

**About the role**

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Fulltime hours, M - F, 8:30 - 5:30pm, office-based position.
- Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
- Resolving customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.

**About you**
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflows effectively.
- Understanding of basic clerical and administrative tasks.
- Capability to engage with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Proficiency in utilising office software and systems.
- Must be an **Australian Citizen**:
