**The Role**:
A **Finance Analyst** position has come available in our growing Finance team. The FP&A team consists of a Senior Finance Analyst & Commercial Manager who report into the Senior Manager - FP&A. You will deliver monthly reporting and analysis to the Executive team which will provide commercial insight into current and future performance of Stryker South Pacific.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting structure setup and monthly release of P&L, Sales by Franchise
- Ownership of SSP Strategic Scorecard monthly reporting
- Maintain management reporting platform
- Forecast, projection and Budget modelling and reporting
- Ownership of the enterprise model for actuals, projection and Budget
- Ownership of President month end reporting in collaboration with the Comms team
- Ownership of R&O model and consolidated SSP view
- SSP level reporting requests from APAC and Stryker Corp
- Maintain integrity of core reporting system roll overs for Projections and Budgets
- Maintain and setup of Enterprise model for Month end, Projections and Budgets
- Change management of reporting and FP&A requirements
- Proactive and engaged member of the Finance Team

**Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Initiative to work independently and maintain program responsibilities
- Proficient communication to effectively build relationships with internal customers
- Proven business partnering experience providing decision support and finance intelligence to drive business results
- CPA or CA qualification required
