Are you an experienced financial analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Stryker, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance division in supporting the South Pacific Business Support functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for HR, Executive, Finance, Operations functions.
- Analyze and provide insight into P&L, profit and loss control, and financial performance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L results, and present monthly results to management.
- Support business units with ad-hoc analysis and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong financial acumen and commercial focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Competent in utilizing multiple systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA or CA qualified or currently studying towards qualification.
- Demonstrated track record of success in finance or analyst positions.
- Ability to work independently and maintain responsibilities.
- Genuine desire to build meaningful and long lasting business partnering relationships.
