**About the Opportunity**:
Our client is an internationally recognised technology corporation, based in Melbourne's inner city. They are looking for a receptionist/ office administration assistant to join the team on a temporary part-time basis working 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- General office facility housekeeping
- Supporting sales team and finance team with data entry and admin support
- Assisting with report generation and review
- Generating company wide documentation

**About you**:
Immaculate presentation and administration skills most specifically within office support. Previous office based experience within a reception, administration or team assistant role with strong levels of attention to detail.
