Currently we are looking for our next: Transformation Process Coordinator
Which is the main objective of this role?
- Coordinate and support a working by process capability through enabling and connecting PMF transformational projects with a holistic enterprise process approach aligned to company’s vision.
- Ensure end to end process performance through process design and execution, guaranteeing the right connections among the different Enterprise Process Architecture components and multifunctional teams.
- Keep track with Process Owners for process updates and continuous improvements in order to achieve higher agility.
What will you be doing?
STRATEGIC PLANNING
Take interest in the company’s planning processes identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring EPM connections and consistency across all processes.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Support the connections and consistency across all Enterprise Process Model (EPM) all processes to enable consumer and customer requirements, aligned to the company’s vision enabling our way to play.
- Undertake systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling.
- Define process kpi's for accurate business process measurement.
- Define, measure, analyze and review business processes to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies.
- Develop supporting material and provide input on training for operational and support processes.
- Develop, maintain and distribute business process documentation to stakeholders.
- Serve as team representative at designated meetings and respond to questions/tasks related to business process management/modeling
- Coordinate and support the efforts to improve PMF Enterprise Process Maturity Model (PEMM),
- Support Business Process methodology usage, ensuring its compliance and a FASTER, LEANER AND BETTER process design and execution.
- Commit with process continuous improvement and enable solution for end users, in order to accelerate new capabilities development.
PROGRAM / PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Contribute with an end to end approach in every project / program and it’s connection with the EPM.
- Comply with the Process Management, by coordinating the steps in the project life cycle.
- Support projects by facilitating a comprehensive project planning, coordinate the design and strategy definition; ensure a successful deployment of the project/program. Ensure control & monitoring during the hold project.
- Promote the participation and effective communication of all the involved functional teams.
- Guarantee plans and action to minimize risk.
- Keep project stakeholders informed.
- Ensure the project time, resources and results develop as planned, focus on horizontal projects.
- Participate in the development of the value offer of Business Insights and ensure its successful implementation.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Support PMF transformation toward managed by process company, through planning and operating projects/programs that challenges the current status quo with world class best practices, trends and foresights.
- Support the company strategy through development of the EPM capabilities and accelerate the “working by process” capability through a continuous training, awareness, and communication campaign.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Who are we looking for?
Process oriented professional with structured and systemic approach to end-to-end value chain processes and with enterprise or consulting skills to support and provide tools and skills for PMF Transformation roadmap.
Educational:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Production, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management.
- English fluent professional.
Professional:
- At least 3 years of experience in creating or redesigning business processes.
- Knowledge of process documentation methodologies.
- Proactive: always thinking ahead and contributing with new ideas.
- Capable of integrating multifunctional teams & levels
- Self-driven.
- Goal oriented.
