Melbourne, Australia ANZ Banking Group Full time

About the role
- ANZ is on a mission to build a better, simpler bank, so we are transforming the way we manage non-financial risk (NFR). We want to be the industry leader in how we manage NFR to keep our customers, employees and business thriving
- The I.AM Amplified Program is an enterprise-wide risk transformation initiative that aims to uplift processes, systems and data related to NFR and compliance with our obligations

**Role Location**: Melbourne

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time

This role sits within the Australia Retail and Australia Commercial I.AM Amplified program which is driving the successful implementation of the revised NFR Framework. This large-scale transformation program impacts a significant portion of ANZ systems, process and customer base. It is a crucial role in the program to get the change to permeate and be adopted across two divisions, maintain momentum over an extended period and deliver sustainable outcomes that result in a culture shift for NFR management.

As Change and Communications Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing change and communication mechanisms required for transformation. You will not only deliver on the activities driven by the strategy but will also grow change advocacy both in and external to the program to achieve the strategy.

**The program will deliver**:

- Up to date knowledge of our compliance responsibilities, business processes supporting these and our control environment
- Clear roles and responsibilities and target operating model for NFR & Compliance management across both Australia Retail & Australia Commercial Divisions
- Robust NFR management and capabilities
- Accurate data on our NFR risk environment, compliance responsibilities, controls and remediation to reduce NFR
- Automated tooling and process improvements for NFR management

What will your day look like
- Development and execution of the change strategy and change plan
- Facilitation of change impact assessments and ‘single view of change’
- Content curation of AR&AC program key messages and communications
- Preparing, equipping and supporting people to successfully adopt change to drive I.AM program outcomes
- Assisting with the creation of working group, steering committee and governance briefing packs
- Maintaining connection with the Group I.AM Amplified Project Management Office, change teams and counter parts in other Divisions
- Driving consistency in delivery by the work streams that encompass the program (including project plans, prioritisation of initiatives, reporting, financial management, resourcing).
- Developing mechanisms for prioritisation of program initiatives

What will you bring?

We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work. Some of the skills we are looking for are below, but don’t worry if you don’t have all of these as learning on the job is the way we work.

But back to some of the skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening, and interpreting and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong change management and communication experience
- Ability to develop training materials, document procedure guides, update collaterals and write communication
- You have a strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes
- You can build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience in delivery of large and complex transformation / change programs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstance

So, why join us?

There’s something special about being part of ANZ. From the moment you join us, you’re part of a team working towards a common goal: improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

But it’s not just our customers who’ll feel your impact. You’ll feel it too. Because at ANZ, you’ll have the resources and community you need to take the next big step in your career, towards even bigger things in the future.

We offer a range of benefits tailored to the countries in which we operate including Health and Wellbeing programs and flexible working arrangements.
