**Transport Solutions Manager**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be a member of COE Deliver Team (Distribution Services for Compressed and Bulk Gases), provide support and guidance to scheduling and distribution teams driving best practices across Australia and New Zealand
- In addition you shall contribute to generating value by leading productivity & digitalization initiatives, proposing optimization opportunities and implementing safe, innovative and cost effective transport solutions
- Your responsibilities include sourcing, establish & effectively managing relationship with major distribution suppliers
- Execution of Carrier Management approach to all stakeholders
- Moreover you will enable distribution function to achieve its safety, service and productivity targets
- Promote a safety-first culture and support implementation of transport safety initiatives
- You will conduct knowledge sharing sessions for Distribution Managers, schedulers and other stakeholders
- Lead sessions to identify potential areas of improvement and drive execution ensuring productivity targets met

**What makes you great**
- You hold a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- You come with more than 5 years experience in a dynamic environment leading Transportation Operations and/or Optimization
- Hands on experience in Contract & Project Management
- You are process driven, hold analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented with a passion to drive continuous improvement You have excellent communication skills with ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams
