**Your future role**

**We’ll look to you for**:

- Supporting the project leadership team in creating and driving a 'safety first' culture
- Assisting in the delivery and review of the EHS & Rail Safety management plans for the project
- Conducting icident investigation and auditing
- Manging project EHS documentation and compliance
- Preparing statisitcal reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Onsite support during track possessions, inluding occasional night shift and weekend work

**All about you**

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about problem solving. You will also have;
- Cert IV in workplace, health and safety or equivalent
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within Rail, Construction, Heavy Industry or a 'high-risk' environment
- Initiative, drive and resilience, witht he ability to influence people at all levels within the operations
- A sound knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules and procedures
- The ability to participate in night shift and weekend work ocassionally
