**About Us**:
The Mill Hotel is a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. Nestled in a picturesque location, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our dynamic team.

As a Housekeeper at The Mill Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Vacuum carpets, floors, and upholstery
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not essential
