The Role
Based in our Melbourne office, you will manage the production requirements of briefs from marketing and internal teams and ensure that suppliers are equipped to deliver tasks efficiently and to deadline. As a brand ambassador you will oversee creative design and ensure at all stages of production our teams are executing with excellence.
Your experience in marketing, agency or project management will be highly valuable in ensuring that both the needs of internal teams and suppliers are met to deliver outstanding campaigns. To excel in this unique, hybrid role, you will be both creative and analytical, have a passion for marketing execution and be able to work with a range of people to deliver to deadline.
In your role you will:
- Review and analyse marketing briefs and workloads to ensure suppliers can meet deadlines on time and of a high standard- Work with the General Manager Digital and Customer Experience to ensure platforms for briefing are optimised for true workflow capture- Ensure all creative is optimised to tell our new brand story in market- Coordinate the delivery of projects and briefings to a range of suppliers - design, content, digital, print and media- Keep updated and accurate workflow reports, WIP and attend meetings to lead conversations on supplier engagement- Efficient and proactive management of day-to-day production requirements- Ensure all projects have been quoted and approved before implementation- Ensure all administrative tasks and relevant documents (Purchase Orders, supplier quotes, approvals) are completed within required timeframes- Oversee creative execution with a brand lens with suppliers and work in partnership with the General Manager Brand for execution of style guides and templates.
About You- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline- 2 + years in marketing or experience in similar field.- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules.- Attention to detail and project management skills.- Excellent time management- Basic knowledge of branding and general marketing principles.
