The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a Product Support Coordinator to join our Clarks footwear team based at our Richmond Support Office Reporting directly to Product Manager, the Product Support Coordinator will work closely with and support the Product Manager and Product Developer in the management of the product lifecycle. This position will provide efficiency for the team across all product/range touch points.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Review and uphold Critical Path milestones related to Local Kids ranges, ensuring key product information and supporting tools are delivered to time and accurately.
  • Showroom Management and Sample Management for seasonal reviews focusing on locally developed Kids & School ranges (includes prototypes, sales samples, confirmation samples, marketing samples and Sample Sales).
  • Attend and act as the champion for all Kids/School Product meetings, providing support to the immediate team by being expertly planned, documenting feedback, completing tasks in a timely manner and proactively communicating key updates to necessary stakeholders.
  • Proactively support the Product Team in achieving all Critical Path milestones culminating in all required documentation being prepared for Brand Support and Channel Teams as part of Range Handover
  • Manage PD file structures and keep updated. Example: Seasonal folders, Critical Fit & Tooling folders, Global folders, Design Briefs.
  • Manage / maintain seasonal material swatch Libraries
  • Tracking requests and managing inbound/outbound materials on a regular basis.
  • Oversee the Seasonal Cost Summary, including the initial build and management to support Seasonal Sign-off & Range Handover milestones
  • Create and manage Range Boards to support the Kids/School ranging process
  • Create and manage Features & Benefits Tool in preparation for Seasonal Range Handovers to Brand Support.
  • Assist Brand Support with image requirements, ensuring briefing process is followed to support external use (.Com, Catalogues, etc.) for all ranges
  • Invoice management (tacking, documenting & overseeing payment) on a regular basis as part of the ranging process.
  • Assist Brand Support to ensure Product related system information is accurate in AP21.
  • Showroom management & sample coordination (including unpacking and organizing samples) co-ordinate samples, including bulk samples, marketing samples, samples for customers, etc.
  • Create & maintain bulk distribution list each season
  • Regularly communicate with BC China Team and Suppliers to support product team (Faulties/FOB's/General Comms)

The skills and experience you offer us:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook. AP21 also an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to readily share information in a concise, timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to understand priorities and efficiently manage multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Supplier allocation based on Factory capability & FOB pricing.  
  • Strong analytical ability, with proven experience managing data accurately
  • Ability to work autonomously, building trust by executing tasks accurately and to time
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting 3 footwear seasons per year
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
