**Hey You**:
genU seeks a **Sales Manager** to partner with our customers to provide them with the products and services they need that will enhance their wellbeing and fullness of life in their chosen genU Retirement Living Community.

This role is responsible for sales activity across both villages in Geelong and Lara - one fully operational and one in development. Working as part of a team, this position will generate and convert sales leads for genU into new customers by adopting an engagement approach that meets our customers’ needs.

**_ This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Geelong, Victoria._**

**About You**:
Our ideal** Sales Manager **will be able to demonstrate the following:

- A working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation
- Exceptional customer service, communication & networking skills
- Experience in solution-based selling with an understanding of customer needs.
- Demonstrate strong community engagement skills
- Have strong business awareness and commercial acumen
- Experienced user of client relationship management systems and Microsoft Office Products

**You will meet the following **requirements**:

- Degree or diploma qualified in business or a substantial experience in the field
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field
- Retirement Living Management Certification
- Real Estate Licence - VIC
