Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for managing all sales related activity to ensure the efficient & profitable operation of their brands, maintaining existing customer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities with potential customers across various businesses and industry sectors. This rare and exciting opportunity is available for a motivated, and magnetic professional, to lead this team into the future.
- A proven track record of leading teams in a fast paced, agile environment
- High level of personal motivation, and solid leadership skills
- A sound knowledge of sales psychology, and processes
- Excellent organisational, analytical and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute, with the ability to listen deeply, and conduct an accurate needs analysis
- Authentic, positive energy, with excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and across the business and community sectors
- The highest ethical standards, with a steadfast commitment to both the client and company success
Core duties include (but aren’t limited to):
- Day-to-day management of the local sales team, helping them achieve their targets and client KPIs
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify and implement new creative concepts and market opportunities, with internal and external stakeholders
- Daily face to face meetings to connect and inspire and coach the team
- Monitor performance cadence and optimise results weekly
- Establish, maintain and grow great client relationships, and represent the business at key local events
