Join us as Customer Support Specialist in Electrification Business Area and this role will be based in Moorebank, Australia. Reporting to Product Marketing Manager and you will be responsible for accurately entering customer Purchase Orders (POs) relevant to Engineered to Order Projects & Sales Orders. Driving cross
- functional issue resolution (order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders), using the required tooling, in a timely manner and within the SLAs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting internal and external customers through swift and precising order entry and issuing resolution in accordance with SoX control requirements for Order processing
- Communicating with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
- Managing clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer, and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system
- Being liaison with customers in case of inexecutable request dates/quantities to ensure on time deliverability according to customer needs
- Monitoring and escalating cases and repetitive discrepancies as needed and reads, understands, and follows the HSE guidelines and reports discrepancies to leadership
- Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct/indirect subordinates within HR policies

**Your background**:

- Be an experienced SAP professional with Project Systems (PS) Sales (SD) modules preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Have excellent communications skills to follow up of customer disputes with Various Functional departments & Project Managers/Engineers to resolution
- Have general Digital workflow process familiarity of system to support in Office admin/ expenses activities
- Have ability to develop / review SAP work instructions required for the
- Will have awareness of SoX control requirements
