We are now looking for a 12 month maternity leave cover **Connectivity and Distribution Executive, **who will be responsible for the timely delivery of dynamic hotel rates distributed via various Connectivity Platforms. Monitoring and maintenance of existing connections, rate type availability and competitive pricing analysis.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Interpreting connectivity documents and proactively liaise with suppliers to complete mapping, testing and release of dynamic rates
- Communicate key rollouts and other information internally in order to ensure accuracy, efficiency and transparency across the business
- Effectively engage and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of connectivity projects
- Investigate booking and connection issues and liaise with suppliers for timely resolution
- Contribute towards creation and maintenance of user manuals
- Application and continuous improvement of processes that ensure best practice
- Investigate instances where rates are uncompetitive and liaise with suppliers to obtain rates that ensure our competitiveness in the marketplace

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in working with Channel Managers and Connectivity platforms such as SiteMinder, Derbysoft, Synxis and IBS
- Ability to prioritise and deliver in accordance with timelines and business expectations
- Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
- Customer service focus and a commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners
- Build and sustain productive relationships internally and externally
- Decision making consistent with facts, constraints, and probable consequences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a drive for results
