**About The Position**: We are seeking an inspirational leader to take on the pivotal role of guiding a team of dedicated rehabilitation consultants. Your responsibilities will extend to closely collaborating with the executive management team to identify and implement strategic process improvements aimed at enhancing overall team efficiency. Additionally, you will actively monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct thorough performance evaluations and file reviews. **Key Requirements**:

- Valid drivers license and comprehensively insured vehicle
