**About the role**
It is an exciting growth period in our organisation and we are looking for dynamic, driven Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, community-based team, in beautiful Tasmania. Other Allied Health professionals such as Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists will also be welcome
This opportunity is truly unique and is perfect if you’re looking for a position with plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours.
Depending on your skills and experience, you will be involved in delivering a variety of services to clients including:
- Rehabilitation case management - working with injured people to help them to recover and re-join their communities
- Physiotherapy (early intervention and workers compensation) - if physio qualified
- Using your clinical skills to conduct Initial assessments to determine the best recovery plan
- Ergonomic assessments
- Job analysis/workplace assessments to ensure a supported and effective return to work
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments
**About you**
You will be a qualified Allied Health Professional experienced working with people who have sustained injuries and passionate about
providing a high level of care to support their recovery and wellbeing as well as;
- Qualifications and current registration in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling/ Psychology, Exercise Physiology,
- Eligibility to register as a professional in Australia with the relevant governing bodies
- Experience in or a genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be eligible to obtain an Australian Drivers Licence and have a vehicle)
