Facilities Coordinator

This global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services specialise in FM Service Delivery at the highest level, for some of the worlds' most notable global corporations. They currently have a unique opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join an experienced team at one of the world's largest multinational technology corporations, at a Grade A Commercial building around Melbourne CBD.
**Details As Follows**:
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Locations**: around Melbourne, CBD
**Assignment Length**: 3 months contract
**Reporting to**: Facilities Manager in Sydney
**Pay Rate**: $40-45 p/h + super
**Main Duties**:
- Escorting sub-contractors in and out of the building
- Ensuring contractors have relevant documents and meet compliance requirements
- Processing work orders and invoices
- Communicating with tenants and on-site Operations teams (who are responsible for all FM within the building)
- Handing over to new permanent person once they are hired
**Requirements**:
- FC or FM experience
- Excellent communication skills to be the only person to manage the floor
- Well-presented
- Ideally from an office / commercial background
- Availability to start ASAP on a contract basis
