**About the Company**
Our client is a large organisation, who work across Queensland to provide services to their customers within the transport, construction, and infrastructure industry. They are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, as well as empowering their people to be the best that they can.

**About the Role**
Join a busy team of experts and utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to the wider team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in minor contract administration, spreadsheet and database management;
- Coordinate survey requests and traffic counting programs;
- Assist in data entry and production of reports as required;
- Assist in the audit of plans to ensure accuracy of information.

**Skills and Experience required**
- Prior experience is a similar role is desirable;
- Intermediate computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Including Teams and Skype for Business);
- Proven communication skills and ability to liaise with relevant stakeholders;
- Willingness to learn new software programs and systems.
