**About The Client**:
Our client is a state Government Department responsible for planning, managing and implementing Queensland's transport environment in order to provide sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air and sea.

**Location**: Buderim, Queensland

**Duration**: 12-month contract (with possibility of 6-month extension)

**Closing Date**: July 21, 2023

**Description**:
In the role of Project Support Officer (Traffic Data), you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

Capabilities:

- Use of Microsoft Office (Including Teams and Skype for Business)
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Proven communication Skills (stakeholder management)
- Proven time management skills
- Willingness to learn new software programs and systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting minor contract administration
- Spreadsheet and database management
- Coordinating new traffic survey requests
- Coordination of the traffic counting program/s
- Conducting the process of entering/maintenance of traffic data into corporate systems such as the Traffic Analysis Reporting System.
- Producing traffic composition reports from corporate systems and software programs to both internal and external customers
- Auditing plans to ensure accuracy of information
- Other duties as required.

This position reports to the Advisor (Traffic Data) and is office based.

Working Hours: Maximum of 38 hours per week between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Maximum of 8 hours per day in a 5-day week during Business Hours (0700-1800), unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing. Any timesheet submitted with overtime listed will not be permitted unless prior approved by the Contractors Line Manager.
