As the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
- Welcome all employees and visitors, creating a positive experience
- Coordinate and book national travel
- Manage expenses
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle end-of-month processing
- Perform system administration
- Provide project management support
- Coordinate deliveries and mail
- Order groceries and stationery
- Book and set up meeting rooms
**What you'll need to succeed**
To excel in this role, you should have experience in a similar capacity. Additionally, you will:
- Ideally be immediately available
- Have proficiency in various software programs and quickly adapt to new ones
- Retain new information easily
- Possess excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work in the office Monday through Friday
