**About the Role**
- Following the implementation of our Santos Regional Model, Santos has multiple new Information Systems opportunities available in Adelaide. These are fantastic opportunities to join an ASX20 company, and for you to grow your career in our head office.
This is a varied role, managing enterprise-wide technology with a unique overview of the whole internal business structure.
Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS). Key accountabilities include:
- Oversee Santos’ Managed Services Provider to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations
- Advocate change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes.
- Ensure that all automation & integration services, whether 'on-premises' in the AWS cloud or as true SaaS offerings, are maintained effectively

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, we are seeking for professionals with the following essential work experience:
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience in managing vendors across multiple projects and BAU service activities.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.
- Proficient in development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps for automation, power platform & integration services.
- Desirable experience for this role includes:
- Good experience in obtaining technical support and services.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Ideally, you have a degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in IT or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
