As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Engagement Manager to play a key role in our success.
Delivering the following support but not limited to;
- Specialised Independent Living (SIL)
- Community Participation (CP)
- Complex needs
- Independant Living Options (ILO)
- In home care
- And many more
- **Responsibilities**:_
Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our reach and impact in the NDIS sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with NDIS guidelines.
Stay informed about changes and updates in the NDIS landscape, ensuring compliance and adapting strategies accordingly.
Lead outreach programs to raise awareness about our services and build a positive reputation within the community.
Provide training and support to staff members on NDIS processes and requirements.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a community engagement or business development role, preferably within the NDIS sector.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Pay: $76,871.54 - $149,721.24 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- 50% (preferred)
