As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction on-site. Your role will involve conducting site inspections, coordinating trades, ensuring quality and safety outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining our reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to our high standards. You will actively participate in safety inspections, collaborate with subcontractors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate various trades on-site, ensuring efficient and safe work execution.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budget constraints, and uphold high standards of work.
- Participate in workplace health and safety inspections and incident investigations.
- Implement and review environmental controls to ensure compliance.
- Provide input to subcontractor and supplier scope of works.
- Oversee defect works, ensuring timely completion.
- Engage in lessons learned sessions to drive team performance improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Preferred possession of an Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC.
- Relevant trade background and competencies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven mindset.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
- Strong commitment to project timelines and financial goals.
- Proficient in using computer and mobile devices, including programs and apps like Procore.
