As the AIR Service Coordinator, you will be part of a client service and administration team that will work
directly with clients, technicians, suppliers and contractors and report to management to ensure a seamless
positive experience for our clients. This newly created role will be based from our Bennetts Green office on a
fulltime basis.

Our customers are our primary focus, so a typical day for you will include:

- Customer Service - First point of call for technicians, project managers and customers alike
- Scheduling jobs for technicians and contractors in a timely manner to ensure seamless delivery of

projects and maintenance works
- Supporting the Supervisor in managing the entire job life-cycle from quoting, ordering parts and

equipment through to invoicing
- Providing professional, clear and concise communication to all stakeholders
- Managing WHS, Inductions, QMS and EMS systems.
- Minimum two years previous experience as a Service Coordinator
- Knowledge and experience within the air conditioning industry will be highly regarded
- Confident using IT and experienced using Microsoft Office Suite and other scheduling software

packages (SimPRO knowledge will be highly regarded)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and always be willing to help
- Commitment to achieving the highest work standards
- Reliability, dedication and a willingness to learn
- A team player who is willing to contribute and has the ability to multitask
- Ability to follow existing company processes, procedures and checklists yet be prepared to continually

strive for improvement and look for ways of doing things better
