**Consultant, Work Health & Safety**
Our Human Capital Solutions practice focuses on the provision of Consulting and Advisory services to our portfolio of valued corporate clients within WHS, Accident & Health, Life, Workers Compensation, Private Health Insurance specialisations and Human Capital Solutions.
This is a newly created Work Health Safety Consultant role due to the growth in the team and would have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Tasmania offices.

**What the day will look like**
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our Human Capital Solutions Practice.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Delivering best in class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employers
- Project managing and delivery of WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagements
- Collaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clients
- Drafting of proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables
- Advising our clients on improving their safety performance.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience in Work Health and Safety
- Prior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situations
- Experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures and processes
- Formal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management and/or associated degrees will be considered. Allied Health Professionals should consider applying
- A strong relationship manager who can exemplify the right behaviours, engage with the broader Aon team and provide the commercially astute direction to achieve profitable growth
- Ability to present messages skilfully using a variety of media and methods
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
