Job Overview: As a Mining Sector Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling the equipment and solutions to clients within the Mining sector in Western Australia. Leveraging your industry knowledge and network, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with sales skills, driving business growth and maximising customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target the Mining sector in Western Australia, identifying potential clients and opportunities.
- Leverage your mining industry experience and network to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and benefits of the equipment and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations, ensuring the best fit for their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals, demonstrating a strong attention to detail.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving business growth and expanding market share.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the Mining sector, preferably in a hands-on role, such as mining operations, maintenance, or engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and processes, with the ability to translate complex technical information into customer benefits.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving sales growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required within Western Australia.
