We are searching for a highly organised, experienced technical resource to undertake a dynamic role in our growing Managed Services business.

The successful applicant is expected to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business whilst providing a high level of technical knowledge to steer client operations and to act as a Level 3 Escalation point.

This is an office-based position located at our office in Thomastown, Victoria.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Application Question(s):

- Must have practical exposure to a broad range of technologies, including networking, servers, Microsoft 365, firewalls.
- Must have practical experience using a Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform and Professional Services Automation (PSA) system (Autotask, Connectwse).
- Current Microsoft 365 certifications are required.

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with Microst Servers & O365: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent in English both verbal & written (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
