**About the Role**

VenuesWest is seeking experienced generalist human resource professionals to join our People and Culture team. Leading a small team of People and Culture Coordinators, the Senior People and Culture Consultant provides a customer and solutions focused human resource consultancy and advisory service to VenuesWest Managers and employees and participates in the development and delivery of human resource projects and initiatives. The position plays a key role in policy development, position establishment including classification, HR project delivery and the management of employee issues across the business.

We currently have two opportunities available for immediate commencement:

- One full time, permanent position
- One full time, fixed term position for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension to progress work on our Workforce and Diversity Plan projects

Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.
