We are looking for a full-time Pool Technician, but being a Pool Technician at Poolwerx is more than just a job.

As a Pool Technician, here's what you'll achieve:

  • You'll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners, through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
  • You'll market our industryleading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organise and list any stock stored in your van
  • You'll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently.
  • You'll install all pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps
  • You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customercentric reports
  • You'll engage and educate our customers onsite
  • You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 20kg). WHS standards are paramount

What You'll Bring:

  • You'll need a current unrestricted driver's licence (car & phone provided)
  • You'll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don't have one already
  • You'll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base
  • You'll have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You'll have a positive cando attitude and enjoy problemsolving
  • You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors


Although we'd love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude.
