Our client is a national leading energy & utilities company who are continuing their constant growth and expansion of their team to meet the challenges of the future.

They are currently seeking a
**Project Coordinator **to join their team on an initial 12-month contract position (with a likelihood to be extended), offering a competitive daily rate on a flexible WFH arrangement.

Along with providing an excellent work environment, our client is constantly engaged in a variety of thrilling projects. A project you will closely collaborate on with the Project Manager is the integration of the organisation's Asset Management Systems into a unified dashboard.

In the role of Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will centre around supporting project planning efforts by defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. Project documentation will be a vital aspect of your role, as you will be responsible for maintaining records of project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments. Furthermore, fostering effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including team members and clients, will be crucial to project success.

Key tasks this role will include but not be limited to:

- Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on project timelines and milestones.
- Assisting in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issues to mitigate potential impacts on project success.
- Tracking project documentation and maintaining an organised document library following established guidelines.
- Taking meeting minutes for project team meetings and other project-related meetings, capturing important discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Assisting with financial processes, such as managing month-end accruals, raising purchase orders, tracking project expenses, and supporting financial reporting.

With strong Project Management experience, your skills and experience will include but not be limited to:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management, specifically in handling technology projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
- Strong time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and maintaining organizational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and ideas.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
