**Ward Clerk**

The 5 West Day Medical Unit (DMU) currently sees upwards of 900 patients per month and is continuing to experience growing demand. To meet this pressure the unit is undergoing expansion and extending its opening hours. We currently have 20 treatment spaces that will be expanding to 24 consisting of chairs, procedure trolley’s / rooms and beds. And we will soon be opening on Saturdays.

**Your new role**:

- Partner with patients to provide Safe, Timely, Effective, Patient centred care.
- Build ongoing relationships with patients, carers, significant others.
- Book patients for appointments, meet and greet.
