As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will share in our passion to lead and drive change within the mining exploration industry. You will be the primary resource for all strategic sales activities, actively promoting Krux and providing technical product demonstrations. In this role you will also be responsible for articulating the business value of Krux to both business and technical users.

What You Will Do
- Increase client base and subscription revenue.
- Represent Krux as a technical leader in real-time data solutions for exploration. This may be through technical sessions at tradeshows, webinars, blog posts and/or technical documentation on our software solutions.
- Seek integration and collaboration opportunities with strategic partners in line with our customer’s needs and company vision.
- Keep a pulse on the market as to how we can continue to innovate and solve customer pain points. Work closely with our product team to contribute to the product roadmap.
- Work with marketing on development of product positioning and messaging to differentiate our product. Plan the launch of new products and major feature releases.
- Consult with customers to provide subscription pricing and determine scope for custom solutions.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain customer partnerships.
- Document leads, prospects, customer interactions within our CRM (Hubspot).
- Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and training.

Who You Are
- You are organized, motivated and a self-starter with high standards and attention to detail.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- You are a problem solver: you have a consultative approach to solving your customer’s business challenges.
- An aptitude to easily learn software functionality, through both in-house training and self-learning.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Geology or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS sales and/or relevant experience within the mining/drilling industry.
- Previous experience with surface and underground exploration drill programs and contractors considered an asset.
- Ability to work well independently and manage workload in a dynamic agile startup environment.
- Intermediate to Expert Level experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be fluent in English

Travel Requirements: 30% Travel expected, possibly overseas travel
