New Balance is seeking a customer focused and experienced marketing coordinator to join our team. This is a full time permanent position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for third party vendors and Marketplace partners
- Ensure timely onsite availability of Marketplace Assortment, regular refresh of campaign imagery and creating football club micro sites
- Develop business and marketing plans for Football teams to deliver sales & profit targets
- Attend meetings with third party vendors for performance reporting and proposed marketing strategies to optimise traffic
- Identify and onboard potential Affiliate marketing partners. Create & execute promotional plans and quarterly campaigns with key accounts.
- Provide coupon codes, text ads, written content, video and banners for our website and other marketing platforms to promote brand awareness
- Attend relevant partner conferences and events for networking
- Prepare weekly KPI report for weekly eCommerce trade meetings
- Utilize Google Analytics, OMS and Diver for reporting and analysis purposes
- Perform market research and analysis, identifying market trends and opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualification in Marketing or digital marketing is desirable
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role
- Strong customer focus & commercial/brand awareness
- Proven negotiation skills
- Extensive sportswear experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-developed Microsoft, Rakuten & Google Analytics knowledge.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
