Mamamia's Partner Strategy Executive thinks like a strategic marketer to deliver integrated responses that solve the 'real' problem for our commercial brand partners. Collaborating with all corners of the business, the core responsibilities of this role are to ideate branded content solutions and tailor advertising plans to address the specific jobs to be done in any advertising brief.

**About the role**

**BRIEF RESPONSE & RESEARCH**
- Critically analyse advertiser briefs, employing probing questions to get to the real brief & employing topline research to determine & size the opportunity.
- Work with the Partner Strategy Team and Research & Insights Team to develop strategic, insight lead plans using a combination of research methods.
- Work with the Partner Strategy Team and Mamamia content teams to develop integrated solutions across Mamamia's suite of On-site, Podcast, Video and Social Media & Events platforms.
- Create pitch documents that bring our insights and ideas to life with compelling visuals.

**BRAINSTORMING AND CREATIVE THINKING**
- Assist with guiding creative idea generation, facilitating brainstorms and capturing content developed during the sessions.
- Help encourage innovative thinking among team members.

**GO-TO MARKET COLLATERAL**
- Working closely with Mamamia's Sales Team and Marketing team to assist in the creation of new collateral for new ad products or industry presentations.

**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING**
- Build strategic relationships internally and partner with key stakeholders and agencies.
- Successfully grow relationships with clients through repeated, effective solutions - inputting to PCRs and building learnings into future recommendations.

**TEAM SUPPORT**
- Support the Partner Strategy team day to day in research, presentation/slide creation and PCR inputs.

**About You**
- 2 years of experience in media, advertising or planning.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or similar field.
- Driven, detail oriented, well organised and great time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative thinker with a natural ability to collaborate and build genuine rapport with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficient use of Google Suite, and Canva or design software considered highly.
- Interest in Mamamia and our brand purpose.
