**About the Company**:
APS have partnered with one of Australia's leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliance brands, to assist them in finding their next customer service officers to join their vibrant call centre team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of view to permanent.

**Shifts available**:

- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
- Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
- Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm

**Weekend OT available. Great Rates**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer support within a call centre environment, up to 60 calls per day.
- Providing a positive customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers' needs.
- Troubleshooting on basic technical issues - Minimum 2-week training program and continuous support
- First call resolution of customer concerns
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer claims are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience within a customer service, administration, hospitality, or retail would be looked upon favourable.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic - Intermediate computer knowledge essential.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Flexibility to work Overtime and 1-2 weekends per month.
- New modern office located in Scoresby with onsite parking available.
