Our front of house team is actively seeking a passionate and experienced waiter to join us on a full-time basis.

Renowned for our fine-dining experience, we have garnered consistent accolades, with the prestigious Australian Good Food Guide Awards 2023 recently awarding us 3 Hats, solidifying our position as one of Australia's finest establishments.

As a Waiter at Vue de Monde, your role is paramount in providing exceptional customer service and showcasing excellent food and wine knowledge to our valued guests. Your dedication to creating memorable dining experiences and your passion for fine dining will contribute to our restaurant's reputation as one of Australia's finest establishments.
- Proven experience in a fine dining or similar high-end hospitality environment, with expertise as a section waiter.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possession of a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- A desire to perform at the highest level

This is a full-time position that will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
