**The Opportunity**

The role offers autonomy within your day, whilst ensuring that close support and ongoing mentoring is provided by the Sr FM and Head of FM as the role expands to assist in the planning and development of maintenance routines and facilities management strategy.
- Demonstrate strong experience in commercial building maintenance, a trade qualification is highly desirable
- Able to identify and trouble shoot maintenance issues and equipment breakdowns
- Expertise in undertaking asset audits using industry software platforms
- In depth knowledge of current building safety and compliance requirements
- Input and manage asset data and routine maintenance plans using the CMMS system
- Responsible for the coordination and supervision of sub-contractors
- Provide input and support into the development of maintenance and asset lifecycle planning
- Take a pro-active approach in every aspect of your work
- Show strong EQ and the ability empathise with MCM staff and clientele
