**Picture yourself in the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be the first point of call for client and stakeholder inquiries and will be responsible for providing support to the sales team. Your mantra will be “how can I help?”. No 2 days will look the same in this role and critical to your success will be your ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients, stakeholders and the team.
**Here’s what you’ll be focusing on**:
- Monitor both the support line and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
- Identify, research and route customer inquiries and concerns to the right technical staff.
- Collect and collate user feedback to inform the development of resources (product information blogs, webinars, help documents, and training programs).
- Supporting the sales team in generating and follow up leads.
- Qualify leads from desktop research and telephone outreach.
- Arrange sales appointments and materials.
- Manage sales pipelines through the customer database (Hubspot).
- Assist with projects as required.
- Always be willing to contribute and assist the team
- Perform other duties as required
