Role Title: ASTP Support Officer

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 30/09/2023

Pay: $35 per hour + Super

Hours: 7hr/day 35hr/week

Location: Crown St, Wollongong, NSW 2500

Must have: 2x References, WWCC, Covid Vaccination Certificate

**Duties**:

- To provide customer services and responds to general enquiries from parents, schools, contractors and ASTP Officers.
- To provides an efficient, effective and safe transport service to students with disability for government and non-government schools across New South Wales.
- Working in different teams at different times may be required to ensure objectives are met across the range of ASTP responsibilities.
- Responding to general enquiries by providing accurate information, as necessary, in a confidential, responsive, customer-focused manner.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Communication skills, verbal & written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable
- Fast paced environment
- Tech savvy or able to pick up new systems fast
- Must be able to pass a police check
- Must have a WWCC
