We have exciting opportunities to join our team as Support Workers for mental health and disability services in Toowoomba. Our team is growing due to new clients choosing Open Minds as their preferred Support Network. In this role, you'll be providing support to our Community Access Clients.

**How you will make a difference**:

- By helping clients reach their goals set out in their personal support plans
- Implement planned activities that promote client independence
- Celebrate client’s achievements
- Enable connection with community resources as desired by client
- Provide domestic assistance to clients, which includes light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Schedule and assist with medical appointments
- Report client’s requirements and reinforce positive behaviour.
- You can put your hand up to support clients on weekend shifts if you would like.

**What you need to get started**:

- Current Open Drivers Licence
- Up to date COVID vaccination
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card

Pay: $41.00 - $42.00 per hour
